Vancouver

“Vancouver USA” is situated on the north bank of the Columbia River directly across from Portland, Oregon. The Pacific Coast is less than a 90-mile drive to the west. The Cascade Mountain Range rises on the east. Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument and Mt. Hood are less than two hours away. The spectacular Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area lies just 30 minutes to the east. Vancouver combines the excitement of a major metropolitan area with small-town charm and abundant recreational opportunities.

Camas

Situated east of Vancouver in the eastern hilly portion of Clark County, lies the City of Camas, home to approximately 21,000 residents. There are many amenities for families and visitors to the community; a vibrant, quaint historic downtown, approximately 60 miles of trails, which often have play areas and other family amenities at the trail-heads, hi-profile business ventures stimulating job opportunities, several hi-tech manufacturing industries, and the city boasts a state-leading educational system.

Ridgefield

Ridgefield is a city in northern Clark County, Washington, United States and known for its small town vibe. The population has more than doubled since 2010, making it the fastest growing city in the state of Washington. Situated within the Portland metropolitan area, Ridgefield is notable for its connection to the Lewis and Clark Expedition. It is also the headquarters of the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge, a primary reserve for migrating waterfowl on the Pacific Flyway, and the home of the Ridgefield High School "Spudders", reflective of its potato farming heritage.

Felida

Felida, WA is an unincorporated community located north of Vancouver and north of Vancouver Lake. It's an agricultural area with plenty of green spaces, sports fields and other attractions that make it great to live and work in.

Salmon Creek

Known for its parks and trails, Salmon Creek provides a scenic escape from the city and serves as the gateway to North County. Salmon Creek is also known for its beauty, as Salmon Creek and Salmon Creek trail runs through the area, and the northwestern border is lined with the beautiful Whipple Creek Regional Park. Located 6 miles north of Downtown Vancouver, Salmon Creek is a close-knit, highly sought after place to live, with a wide range of housing options.

Hazel Dell

Hazel Dell has a rich history as a farming community and a “working people’s neighborhood”—a past that is honored today with its sense of pride and heritage and traditions that still exist today. Situated just north of Vancouver’s downtown area, a true sense of community defines this history-rich neighborhood. Hazel Dell’s ties to the farming community date back to the 78th Street Heritage Farm, which operated as a poor farm from the 1870s until the 1940s.

Washougal

Incorporated in 1908, Washougal was the site of some of the very earliest American settlers and pioneers in the Washington Territory. Beautifully bordered by the Columbia and Washougal Rivers, the Washougal area is filled with many family-friendly parks, hiking trails, businesses, and neighborhoods. Approximately 15,560 residents call Washougal home.

Woodland

Incorporated in 1906, the City of Woodland is located 20 miles north of Vancouver, Washington. It is considered the southern gateway to Mt. St. Helens. The city straddles both Cowlitz and Clark Counties. This community has grown quickly as the area has more affordable housing than the Vancouver area. Residents enjoy a small-town vibe with a lot of amenities, parks, boating, world class fishing, flower gardens, shopping and access to Mt St Helens and parks.
